- Register

To register all you need
is a user name, an email, and a password. Your email will be used to reset
your password if you forget it and for other registered users to contact
you. If you don't want
others to send you email through the site
you may change this setting by editing your
profile (right column, edit profile).
- Adding/Editing/Removing a property

To add a property you
must be registered and
signed in.
Address, City, State, Type, Description, and Price are required
at the very least. To help people get interested in your property give
as many details as you can. Images may be added in now or later.

If you need to make changes to your property
sign in and go to the page
of the property
that needs to be edited. In the right column of the property page
click edit.
For a listing of your properties see your
profile.

To remove a property and all associated images
sign in and
go the page of the property that needs to be removed.
Click remove in the right column and confirm its removal.
For a listing of your properties see your
profile.
Removing the property will also remove it from all users that
are interested in it so be sure that you want to remove it from the site.
- Working with images

Images may be uploaded at the time of
adding a new property or later
by signing in and going to the
property that you want to add images. In the right column
of the property page click
add images. For a listing of your properties see your
profile.
The images must of of type .jpg or .png and less than 4MB.
A description can also be added with each image that will appear
under the image when it is enlarged.

To remove an image sign in and
go to the property you'd like to remove an image from. Click on the
small x next to the image you'd like to remove.

To rearrange the order of the images
sign in and go to the property you'd like to reorder the images for. Click and
hold the white frame around the image you'd like to move and
drag it up or down. When the image is in the correct place let
go of the mouse and the new image order will be saved.
- Your profile

The fastest way to get to your
profile is to
sign in and use the link at the top
of the site.

In your profile you will find all of the properties that you've
added to the site and all of the properties that you are interested
in.

You may also like to add information about yourself for others to see such
as your name, company, and contact information. To change or add any of
this information sign in, go to
your profile, and
click edit profile in the right column.
- Working with tags
-
Tags are a simple and fast way to categorize your property as you
see fit. Really they are just words for describing your property.
For example if you had small apartment in New York that needed some
work you could tag it with newyorkcity, cozy, and
fixerupper. Then users would be able to browse for properties
with those tags.

Tags can be created when you
add a property or
later by signing in and
visiting the page of property you'd like to tag.
Use the form in the right column of the property page to add or remove tags.
