I would describe myself as old and charming. I stand proudly behind a wrought iron fence and am sourrounded by lawn and a lush garden with flowers in every color of the rainbow: from bougainvillea and roses to plumeria and bird of paradise. My entrance is not so subtle for my porch is Marble and granite leading to a formal living area which displays one of my proudest features: a solid marble fireplace of Carved Cherubs.

My ceilings are tall and original crown molding and wood floors celebrate the time of my creation. I have 4 bedrooms and 2 baths though my family uses the 4th as a Movie Room. You can choose your MASTER upstairs or down, either room possess a distinctive character not found in any track home you may have considered settling for. My downstairs master is adorned with black granite and 24 kt pl Gold fixtures. My upstairs master bath was inspired by European regality and designed with both beauty and function in mind. All found in a private brick enclosure, which separates this entertaining area from the rest of my vast property, Just shy of 1/2 an acre leaving room and access for RV drive and Storage
