Although the cabin does not have an indoor bathroom, there is a new outhouse with a low water flushing toilet just off the back of the cabin. However, application has been made for a septic holding tank permit for the future addition of indoor bathroom. Water will be provided by a new 1500 gallon cistern; however it also conveys with water rights to a mountain spring. The cabin is accessed by a gated private bridge and is located amongst a group of 4 other cabins across the river from the Cinnamon lodge which has a fine dining restaurant. This is truly a unique and rare property in the heart of one of the most beautiful mountain settings you will find.
